On this day, 9 February 1995, Bernard A. Harris Jr. became the first black person to perform a spacewalk.

It is 28 years ago, during his second mission, or Space Shuttle Flight, that Bernard A. Harris Jr., a NASA astronaut, became the first black person to perform an extra-vehicular activity.

The sixth Africa Agri ExpoToday in History Africa 9 February

Today, 8 February 2023, is the first day of the Africa Agri Expo, also known as AAE 2023.

This is the sixth edition of the Africa Agri Expo. This years Africa Agri Expo will be held at the Kenyatta Convention Centre (KICC) in Kenya’s capital, Nairobi. The event at KICC will go on for two days; the 8 February and 9 February. Business men and women will be coming from all around the world to attend this years Africa Agri Expo in Nairobi.

The Africa Agri Expo is an event organized by the TAB Group, that is a global strategic services company and subsidiary of Gazelle Business Media. This years exhibit has been endorsed by the Kenyan Ministry of Agriculture & Livestock, the County Government of Nakuru and the County Government of Nyeri.

AAE 2023 is an event meant to advance African and international businesses centered in the agriculture sector in Africa. At the event business men and women will be enabled network and connect with channel partners of their region of interest. Business owners are given the chance to stand out and gain brand visibility with establishing customer connections.
